No idea about a video but I heard the tyler barnes named the trick so I'd guess he was the first, or one of the first to do it
 
good question, just cause it's not the craziest trick so it's funny to try to remember when it first appeared in a shot. peter olenick in ready fire aim is the first britney i can think of... no k feds are ringing a bell

Yeah pretty crazy that in WSKI 106 there was 2 on to fs 3swup and a back 3swup but zero kfeds.

Somehow nobody figured out how to front grip
 
Before Wallisch it was super rail to pretzel grip. All front 2 outs were with the upper body kind of like a 180 movement. Also why you seen 2 on 3 swaps n shit! 2 on and then continue that momentum into the 3 swap. Shit let's 3 out after that as well, why not!?

that's a good point and I do agree but I think most of C-Vans 2 pretz 2s and like back swap pretz 2s were super upper body forced and barley rotated where Wally was a magic man with that foot work and made it effortless
