Who-Dey going to beat them bengals?

OK anyone that has anything bad to say about the bengals better have watched monday night football last night. I was at the game, and were the team to beat. We STOMPED the packers on national tv. It was an embarrasment, and what about Carsons return he looked so solid, and confident on the feild, NO ONE WILL BEAT US; and we are tied for the hardest sched of the year
 
not to burst ur bubble but the packers are pretty awful, i mean the bengals are gunna b real good and everything this year no doubt but it was only preseason and the packers arent a very good team
 
No kidding there not a good team but they are decent, and they set it on monday night so they thought it would be a good match. It was Carsons first game back, and our defense scored on two interceptions on thefirst two drives, it doesnt matter if it was green bay or shitsbugh, our stats prove enough for that night, ESPN is out to make us prove ourselfs and so is the NFL thats why we are tied for the hardest sched in the NFL, so you didnt burst my bubble becuase it will never POP
 
of course they said it was going to be a good match. how do you think it would help their ratings if they said " well tonights game looks like it should be a blowout, you should probably just turn the tv off and go to sleep"

no matter what game it is, they are going to say its a good match
 
NO dumbass thats not what im saying, your saying the day of its going to be a good match, im saying when they set up the schedule, they didnt give us much credit at all/or gave green bay to much credit. They set up nationally televised games to be good ones when they make up the chart, but as you could tell they got that one wrong
 
i'm glad you really think your such an inside in the nfl but last year the bengals made it to the playoffs while the packers were absolutley awful, and favre had the most interceptions of any quarterback since 1988. im sure they didn't consider cincinatti to be as awful as the packers. cincinnati is such a media favorite anyways currently because of how bad you guys sucked for well...about a decade. so stop playing it off as everyone doubted your ability to beat the packers. because if you want to talk about underdog wins, you can beat the AFC's 1,2,and 3 seed and then the NFC's 1 seed. weeeee deyyyyyy
 
Regardless of last nights game, the Bengals are going to be awesome this year. I'm guessing 12-4, and I don't think anyone in our conference can beat us.

ok first off bengals are a good team and the pack sucks balls.

secondly if you look at the past the teams always said in the beginning of the year to have the toughest schedules NEVER end up being the toughest schedules when looked back on at the end of the year and all the teams results.

the steelers ( i love them to death ) will NOT repeat, sorry just wont happen. Ben will put up awesome numbers, but its just not gonna happen (i will still be rooting for them second only to my home town team)

atlanta is going to shock a lot of people this year with how good they will be on both sides of the ball.

dammit start the nfl cult so i can spew off more predictions about the nfl.

and it will finally be my teams year watch the lions jump up and bite everybodys ass. all 4 detroit sports goin playoffs this year baby!!
 
haha actually i am really rooting for the lions...ive always liked watching them good or bad, but now that they have Kitna, ill def. be watching...Kitna was the best back up quarterback in the league, he just couldnt play over Palmer...now he has his chance and hopefully he destroys people

make sure in your fantasy record that you account for the 2 wins with which you will invariably provide the Steelers. we wouldnt want to break with tradition now, would we?
 
Exactly. It's PRE-SEASON. Not ONE of these games matter. You're all buying into the NFL Hype machine, so they can get people to watch preseason games.

To think even the starters are playing at full-speed, full-strength, or giving 100% is naive and foolish. The preseason is for working out the final kinks in each team's offense/defense and trying different schemes in a "game-like" setting.

Not one team in the NFL is worried about a preseason game, nor can those games accurately represent each team's potential for the regular season.

Don't believe me? Keep a copy of all this years preseason games, and compare it at the end of the regular season this year. I think you'll be surprised.

EXAMPLE:

In 2005, Atlanta went undefeated in the pre-season (did not make the playoffs), the Colts went on to lose every game (0-4) in the preseason, had one of the NFL's best records in the regular season and made the playoffs. Or, the Jets went 3-1 in the 2005 preseason, make the playoffs? Nope. The Redskins went 1-3 in the 2005 preseason, make the playoffs? Yep.

Like I said, all these "analysts" trying to hype you up on these games are bullshit. They mean absolutely nothing. They are intensive scrimmages.

And if anyone has actually bet on a preseason game, win or lose, kill yourself, because you are THAT stupid.

bengals will own this season, shittsburg would not have won that playoff game if that guy had not taken carson out, so they basically won the super bowl on one hit.

beating the top 3 afc teams and the top nfc teams was completely due to the hit on carson palmer WHICH WAS LEGAL.

 
guerilla, your just mad at me cause you are a extreme noob who copied another kids name. but lets look past that, even though the hit was legal, had it not happend, i feel we would have won that game, thus stopping shittsburg from going any further. since that did not happen, i guess we will have to wait and see what happens in the first steelers bengals game. p.s. ben looks like a cave man who doesnt know how to ride a motorcycle.
