I realize i'm slightly hypocritical for doing this but I needs to be said. but... JOSS IS OVER!

I'm unsure people even understand what it is. ITS A FILM CONTEST! its not a best trick contest, a popularity contest, a rail contest, or music video award. In fact if you were to pay attention to the point system used for judging you would see that skiing only makes up a small part of the total points.

Look its done. Judging happened, people win, people loose. /end and sure you might have you're own ideas on what you think is cool and what you like or don't like but these endless "who should have won" garbage threads are just ignorant and a waste of time.

for those who haven't seen this here is the judging system

- Style tricks (16 points max)

- Tech tricks (16 points max)

- Urban (16 points max)

- Filming (16 points max)

- Overall (32 points max)

If you have to argue who should have won judge it how the contest was judged. Not "fuck America simons a douche", or "Henshaw soooo sick" or "Canada's gay cuz chug is naked". just post you point totals for each team, better yet, don't because no one gives a shit.

I'm really just stoked to be able to watch edits from the top skiers and filmer's for free.

It actually looks like 3/4's of the judging is based on skiing and not film, which would mean that skiing in fact does make up a majority of the contest.

and im pretty sure canada was lacking in urban, tech and style

some of the other edits did not have as much good filming and overall feel as canadas, but it was a very slight difference, in compared to the huge lack of urban, tech and style from canada.

from the results, it looks like this contest was 80% overall/comedy and 20%sick skiing

Your point is invalid. They did not use that judging system, instaid giving out 3,2,and 1 points to the 1st 2ond and 3rd place finishers in each category respectively. For the "overall impression" category 6 4 and 2 points were awarded. Canada therefor got 6 of their 9 points from "overall impression"

Canada's was fuckin hilarious though. Loved it
