Who can help me with my phone?

ight, so i just got a rockr and i cant get any music on it for the life of me. i installed the disk that it came with(windows media player 11), then i plugged my phone into the computer. my computer told me it detected new hardware but i couldnt find the phone icon anywhere. so i unplugged it, then my computer said it needs to reboot for the new stuff to kick in. reboot, plug my phone back in, and nothing happened. it didnt say it was detected or anything. on my phone however, it said that a USB connection has been established. so like, WTF is up?
 
I have a KRZR and the same thing happened to me. I went back to the verizon store and apparently the driver that came on the cd for my phone was messed up and theyre still working on a new one. Dunno if thats the issue with your phone but I'd go to a store for your phone provider and ask them whats up.
 
Rockr has internal memory, right? If not, you'd have to buy a sandisk in order to actualy hold anything on it.

Like the previous post said, the K1m had driver problems iniatialy, but I havent heard anything wrong with the Rockr. Can you just go into my computer and see the extra external driver pop up? From there the phone should already have some formatted files (if it doesnt than you have another problem) and you can just drag your music right into it.
