lyrically i think biggie was the best rapper. But tupac did a much better job marketing himself because he obviously sold more cd's and put out more albums. I grew up in the 90's so i don't know all about like run DMC or all the Rashim or all that shit. The best rapper right now is lil wayne.. he has some retarded rhymes but most of his stuff is actually deep and they make you think about like what he is saying

i dint really know much about rap music, but eminem is still the best around in my opinion, ive never heard of some of the people people have been mentioning tho
