Who actually rates people's karma?

i never rate anyone down at all, i either leave their karma alone or i give them a 10.
im too lazy to be a little bitch and lower someones karma just cause they quote me making fun of me or make a dumb thread.
i feel its only worth my time to raise somebodys karma for helping me or sometimes out of random if i stumble upon their profile
 
thats kind of stupid. your kind of ruining the system. People should be ale to post what they want without getting neg karma'd, like in his example summersover always gives good posts and opinions yet his karma is low, kind of stupid if you ask me. And as for you, you lowered my karma for me saying that people should be able to post their opinion? i already had you at 10 / 10 and im not changing it cuz i dont really care. But really man?
 
I rate people, but I take the Karma system with a grain of salt. There are some people that are rated way higher than they should be and others that are way lower. You can't judge a member by their karma.
 
Whoa, my "people rate me" score is 6.66. Intense.
No point to that, just felt like saying it somewhere...
 
if some makes me laugh, says something smart or helpful +karma

if someone says something to be an asshole, or comes off completely one sided saying another person's oppinion is WRONG (which happens a lot on here) -karma
 
i usually rate people who care about karma 0, or if they're really cool i'll give them a 10
 
I like it when someone is being a douche and you go to rate them 0, only to find you already have done, because once a douche, always a douche.
