What's funny is that my stores online ski prices are even with getboards and everyone because we all have to go by MAP based on the same e-commerce agreements, but in my actual store the prices are even better. So if you live in Northern Ca or Nevada and you can make it out to Sacramento we'll beat all online stores on most stuff.
all of my gear is bought online because thats the only place i could get it, and the prices were decent. Except one pair of skis, my Red hifi helmet, and I think thats it
i buy shit online from adult stores. that way i can get stuff in the mail, try it out at home, and then send it back and tell them it was the wrong size.
The shops around me can go fuck themselves. There are some good stores that I like to support, but they're not local. Most of my stuff comes from online.
Well, i do like to support my local shops. Yet i find myself comming across such better deals online. I usuall buy small stuff like hats and gloves at my local shops, and skiis and bindings online. That... or ski swaps... which are deffently really good to check out.
Supporting a local shop is good but if they dont care about freeskiing and arnt helpfull at all on twintips go some where else, but always buy boots from a shop with a good boot fiter. Because even those of you who think they know about boot fitting need help. experience matters.
ebay is natural answer,,,thats where i got mine this season... onLine cuts great deals, my local shop it outdoor store so they arn't core company. they are corporate so I no BUY from them.
