Yo Kev, sweet as man, I will. The flip-stick really is a super sweet boat. A little low in volume if you're wanting to run big water as well as just keep it real on the waves and in the holes. Have you seen the new slick stick?? It's much like the flip stick but is a lot smoother on the edges, more aggressive and I think slightly smaller. Very very cool boat. I like the Blitz but will have to move to something else soon I think, maybe next season.
One of the guys I paddle with has a Sub-7 pro zone, it's a super sweet boat dude, so quick on the spins, almost like it wants to spin rather than sit there, no effort at all to get it going aye, I liked it a lot! The Dagger Super Ego is also a pretty wikkid boat, don't know what it would be like for C1. The only thing I didn't really like about it was that the knee wells and the deck comes up so high that you always smash your knuckles on it with a short paddle. And it's fairly unstable, nice boat though.
Have also recently tried the WS XXX, a little old but still a super sweet boat, very small and quick to cartwheel, initiates very well. but it's got like nearly 0 volume so it gets pretty worked in the big stuff, but yeah, nice wee boat.
But yep, Bliss stick all the way. Hey Kev, you should try a Flip Stick for C1. I could get you one mad cheap from over here, like seriously about US$200. They're made over here so there's like thousands of second hand ones around.
Anyways, keep it real, peace.
