Lemonjello, my mom's a nurse and had a patient with a kid with that name.

It's pronounced like Le-Mon-Ja-Low.

As for most black name. It's easily Tyrone. You never hear of white guys called Tyrone.

As for Black girls names... They are all stripper names.
