i almost fell asleep during this film yesterday. charles gagnier has the only good section. the rest is traveling and documentary type shit. plehouse says they dont look at other films as they made theirs cuz they dont like influence, they need to! it was horrible. i dont think anyone should see it
 
uhhhh....i actually thought it was very well made. I enjoyed every bit of it except for the maple syrup making part in the bonus
 
every time a company makes a movie it cant be the best ever or the most original becuase by this time there arent many more combinations of spins, crossed skis, grabs, and rail variations that are possible for most humans
 
haven't seen the movie but this is the first time i have heard something bad about it. i guess i will have to watch it to find out.

anyways whiteshine was really artistic and i really liked the way they made it not into just a bunch of individual skier segments but like segments according to location. The making of the movie and the B footy in the bonus are like whole other movies

yup, just no place to put it, may i add i made it in 4 hrs so it looks fucked, not that anyone cares as no ne will watch it

ah, just becuase you smoke too much and cant pay attention for more than six seconds doesnt mean it is a bad movie. if you gave the time of day to watch the production quality and realize that the ski movie is not meant to make you feel like your on crack but rather to chill and relax then maybe you could appreciate it. The shots are amazing their lifestyle is high class cinematography; it may not have the best skiing but the movie is a step in one of the right directions.

you are right, from a filming and editing point of view, it was very good in my mind. very mature movie and artistic. I thought that it was well done. it is different from the usual and thats why i liked it.
