Ok, so I'm thinking of buying just one more movie for the season, and Whiteshine is kind of a front runner. I already have TBC and s6, and I like TBC more than s6 by a lot. What I really want is a quality Charles G. segment, and something with some MikD too. Does whiteshine deliver? If not, what movie should I get? And are those two skiiers segments good in WhiteShine?
 
Whiteshine is amazing, you get one of the best movies, and tons of bonus footage. Mik D has a small segment in the bonus footage, but Gagnier has the best park segment of the year. The movie itself has amazing flow, and isn't just ski porn.
 
its different for sure. some sick skiing but a lot of artistic photography and travel segments, pretty diiferent from your standard video with rider segments. if you'd like to see something a little different pick it up for sure, but its not gonna be back to back huge hits.
 
Whiteshine is simply amazing: the quality of the picture is perfect, and this movie is a chef-d'oeuvre, don't miss it. and btw charles has a really sick segment, a little short but sick.
 
is there a lot of tech-shit in it? Like really odd grabs and big spins/switch-ups/on-footers on rails? and little butters and stuff?
 
whats the biggest rotation on? And can anyone tell me who has the lengthiest segments? haha, I know it must seem obsessive, but I hate paying $30 for a DVD and not enjoying every moment of it.
 
I was expecting to see whiteshine and be dissapointed. I went into it with that mindset and was definatly impressed. it was much better than I thought. It's probably tied for my 3rd fav vid the year with war. S6, TBC, than war/whiteshine. The junkyard segment is so creative. awesome vid. buy it.
 
Nothing in White Shine is spectacular skiing-wise, except for Charles' lines in the park, but its still more enjoyable to watch than War or S6.

JF houle and Gagnier segs are the only true segments of the whole movie...and they are stunning... but the rest of the movie is visually entertaining as u watch the D team travle all over the world... its sick... S6, War tied with whiteshine, TBC

And as for WS...I heard some so-so stuff about it on here but got it anyways to decide for myself...way better than I had hoped. Pick it up.
