The second Yeti Snowskate Jam will be held in Whitefish Montana on February 4th, 2006. Last year's turnout was impressive but this year's will be even better. We're getting the word out early so all of you can make a trip to visit Whitefish. The jam will be during the Whitefish Winter Carnival, one of Montana's oldest traditions.

Email yetisnowskatejam@gmail.com with any questions.

Check out the website.

its just seems so um, un intense and boring? I don't think its possible to hurt yourself badly. period. THIS IS NOT WHAT MONTANA IS ABOUT

what are you talking about. you think its fun to hurt yourself badly?... well enjoy that.

snowskating is fun and its really not that easy

Well it is pretty easy to ride a snowskate down a hill. But when you add in other elements, like rails or big drops, that's when it gets challenging. All of the flip tricks are very technical, and you have to have a lot of skill and patience to perfect them. We're trying to get a video on the site and when we get that I'll update and you guys can see some of the crazy stuff people are doing.

if you are talking about hte ride on rails... notice how there wasnt much snow and not a very steep hill to get speed for. looks gay but it was fun and we used what we had

dude i think we should be able to hit it with skis and shit. you think they would get made if i showed up with my skis?

it wouldn't work with skis. there's gonna be three sections a beginner, intermediate and advanced. the beginner is gonna have some small boxes and rails and the intermediate is going to have some ride on and what not and the advanced is going to be a lot of ollie on stuff. there wouldn't be a point in hitting it on skis. just bring a snowskate

that a way to spread the word shane, it will be really sick this year, a couple of local competitors are off to the X-games soon, if that gives anyone a perspective of the level of competition, spread the word and come to the Yeti Snowskate Jam (Feb. 4 2006)
