well

you probably allready went but

the jump line is 2 small jumps to ur left

and then 2 bigger ones on ur right

ha ya i went on tuesday and they closed at noon due to the extreme winds. it was nuts up there. also i was skiing through the trees and i stopped before this drop, and just kinda started sliding down. turns out it was the huge fault line. i ended up getting stuck on this 40 foot cliff about halfway down on a tree, i kinda tree hopped down it. It was the scariest ski experience of my life. but i saw the park, the second jump set looks sick. big step over?

but yesterday crystal was sick! great pow all day!

Yeah it's pretty easy to get cliffed at White if you don't know where you are going. If you're a newbie I recommend following other people's lines until you learn your way around.
The park at White is pretty chill, especially considering all of the drawbacks of its actual location. The slope slants down to the trees, there's a small creek that crosses it at the top, clueless people drop in from the trees, and the cross traffic at the entrances can get annoying. The features are pretty solid with a few boxes and rails at the top and then two sets of jumps. The only feature that I haven't seen out in a while was the C box.
Tyler was talking about building a mini-park at the bottom this year but it doesn't look like there will be time to get to that. The White park is worth keeping an eye on though in the next few years as Tyler really knows what he is doing and sets up a good flow. Also got to hand it to a guy who "accidentally" builds a 85 foot jump and shows up all the kids hitting it.
There is talk of building another park with the upcoming expansion as well. There are some pretty narly natural features and areas that are better suited for a park location.

word^ i look forward to skiing it in the future. Ya that cliff line was extremely scary, really gonna change the way i ski at resorts im not used to. Thing is we got spring passes to Timberline so i'll be shredding that park a couple times later this year, but maybe i'll get in a session at white pass, it looks really fun.

haha i bet you do ryan... lol

ur lucky tho... u get tahoe in like a year...

but yeah cant beat $300 for a pass there

Its actually pretty legit, considering what it has been in the past. yeah its still little, but its maintained at least, the rainbow and trap are decent sized boxes, and it seemed like they basically had as big of jumps as the hill would allow, its pretty flat over there
