white dot Director Carbon 178

Some decent ski deals out there right meow. Kind of took a risk buying these with limited beta. They look super fun and I am mounting Dynafit Radical St's on them tonight to replace some surface drifters as my touring sticks. But they look like they would be super fun and playful inbounds too. Just wondering if anyone has ridden them. Summer has turned to shit due to excessive smoke from neighboring wildfires, so I am frothing extra hard.

The director is a super fun ski. I first tested them blind an thought they were a super fun wider park ski. The rocker profile with the mid stiff flex made them super easy to pivot but they still had loads of pop. I would personally run them as my all mnt ski quite happily So you should be fine inbounds

I have a pair of 188 Directors with Dukes, and I'm always surprised at how light they are, so the Carbonlight with Dynafits should amazingly light!

Thanks for the replies fellas. I took them out on a rugged novelty tour on saturday. The skiing was dirty glacier crap, but a couple turns felt nice. The ski seems to smear and pivot much like my candide 3.0's which I love dearly. It was probably dumb taking them on the shale covered slope, but I couldn't resist. They held up well to a lot of abuse. I mounted them on the line in front of the FR line. They feel nice and light on my back and should skin nicely.
