Whistler vs tremblant

If you had the choice to go and work at a either resort for a season which would you choose, Im takin a year out from college for a season but not sure which resort to choose as i live in the uk. Thanks alot.
 
tremblant is sick and all( and its the biggest thing on the east coast) but whistler is the best resort in north america its uncomparable, whistler no doubt. Its like fucking 10 trembalnts. no competiton.

if it is a straight choice for doing a season then whistler without a doubt
 
iunno what the fuck ski le gap is but i just cant be fucked no longer so thought i might roll out to whistler for a year. The tremblant came up.

that question is asked by a few british people wanting to do instructor courses in the us.

tremblant is where ski le gap train you up and there are endless courses in whistler. if you are not planning to do an instructors course then dont take any notice of my thread
 
Whistler is fucking incredible. I was there over spring break and it was easily the best fucking trip I've ever been on. I can't wait to got back.
 
Like everybody else said; Whistler hands down. Tremblant is alright for the east coast, but it really has nothing on Whis.
 
whistler for sure. solely based on the fact that if you work for the mountain you get a free pass(applies basically anywhere) but in whistler you get so much more. whistler litterally has everything, plus you wont get scammed hard on food if you have a staff pass. it comes down to this, do you like freezing ass cold weather, ice, and tons of french people. or do you like moderate cold, powder out the ass, and friendly aussies?...its up to you.

Tremblant = trying SO hard to be the east coast's version of whistler

i hate remblant. cold, crowded, overhyped and overpriced. it is NOT the best skiing in the east, that's just marketing, vermont is way better.

Don't work for the mountain, definitely not worth it.
 
I agree. I would rather go to a place like Big White or something that has a great mountain and is way less crowded. Whistler is a sick place, I loved it there. But I am more into skiing than the whole party scene. I would rather have a moderate resort with a lot of the amenities that Whistler has, just not on that large of scale. The Aussie girls are Big White are fuckin hot and friendly too.
