Whistler next summer

This is tentative but as of now Darryl and I are planning on staying in Whistler for probably a month and a half next summer. If we get enough people in, it is going to cost about 500 Canadian to stay, plus probably 250 Canadian for a pass, then everything else is up to you (food, beverages...). I am moving there for May June and JUly wiht a big groups of guys and then prolly hitting up Hood for a few weeks too.

hey i might be a little late but ill definitely be up there and ill be up all summer so if thats what ur looking for then talk to me. Oh and where exactly are u guys gettin this place? Proly not in the village i assume cuz that would be really exspensive

this year i was in a place for $100 a night (usually like $200and something), it was right beside the hill up on Blackcomb. sweet place, but very expensive.

Yeah well the place better not be TOO far away from the village.. so i dont mean to sound picky, but get a place like atleast close to one of the bus stops that goes directly to the base of blackcomb & also the village.. but i guess i will have my explorer up there so it doesnt matter.. just get a good house to party in! jk

The place I was planning on getting was pretty close to the village, it was a 2 min. bus ride from town, and the taxi ride was only $5 canadian if it was after 12. You are gonna have an explorer up therE??? thats sweet. That would make it much better.

Whats 500 CDN? Its either whistler or new zealand. Haven't decided how serious I am about the whole college thing yet so who knows. But I'm down for living on the floor for a couple months. We could be Real World Whistler or a little something like that.

yeah I could stay in whistler for a couple weeks and would be willing to sleep anywhere if its relatively cheap

the condo is $3500 for 6 weeks. so like..... last 2 weeks of june and all of july, or last week of june, all of july, than first week of august. probably the first of those two.

well.....here's what I'm thinking....if you wanna stay in the condo, ya gotta pay your share for the whole thing even if you only want to stay for a week. If you pay your share, than you can stay for one day for all I care.

another thing we gotta think about is how to get the money all togeather...... we could all just....um....mail it to one person than that person gives the condo people the money.

I could stay for 3 weeks maybe 4. wold prbrably go out like a couple weks after shool got out so ha would be te middle orlate part of school. We shoud prebrably jut mail al the money o oe prson since the condo would have to be rented uinder that persons name woudnt it?

it depends how you set it up, if you set it up as a long term rental and signed a lease, everyones name would be on it.

so how many people are goin? anyone know where to find out how much it cost to take a bus or something from seatle to vancouver/whistler? or is anyone from seatle casue it is only like 250 for a flight there but 450 to vancouver

i could probably pick you up on my way up there cause i live about 3 hours from seattle and its kinda on my way.. but like i said i wont be able to get up there until the 2nd or 3rd week of june.. does that work for you?

I think it would be a much better idea to collect all the money at least a couple of months in advance.

We don't get out of school here until really late in the year. I won't be done exams until around June 28th. So the earliest i could probably make it up there would be around the first week of july.

Hey, Darryl are you driving or flying out there. I'm definantly there, for all 6 weeks if I can, I've missed out on whistler for tooo many summers.

I'll be done school around the 20 er so of june. I could get out early though, this past year my sister had to go to the states for like 3 weeks so they let her write exams early, they might do the same for me.

Ya but I have they money already too. If anyone from Ontario is driving, let me know, might be too early to tell for some I guess. Anyway. Later

 
Hey guys, i was checking out properties this morning online and saw some good places that run like $300 canadian a night for a 4 bedroom.. Darryl or Will, have you guys found anything better?? keep me posted! oh yeah.. i talked to 3 of my ski friends and they're interested too.. 2 of them for the whole summer for sure.. but let me know! later-
