Hey guys,

I am coming up may 26-jun3 and was wondering what the conditions are at whistler now and what sort of tasty treats the park crew has in store for us. I obsessively check the twitter feed and in one place it says there is a park on papoose or something and the other post said upper dave. So can someone post impressions and a description of what is up there? Maybe pics??? Haha

Thanks,

its down from red pretty far

theres a couple boxes and rails

if you bail your done for speed.

one jump but its super kicky

so i have been told.

The park is fucking awesome right now. Lots of options, lots of variety of features. They put in 2 new things at the top of the park today. Only 1 jump, never hit it because the rail lines were way too much fun today.

I was there today and wasn't too impressed.. I think it was the location that bothered me.. the length of the chair ride and the time it took to trek to the park put a damper on.. well.. all of it.

Hello !

I'll be in Vancouver and Whistler for 2 monthes from June to end of July and I plan to go to ski few days in Whistler Blackcomb Glacier.

I would like to know how much does the lift tickets for skiing the park ?

And if someone could take some pics of the park, I'll be pretty pleased.

Thanks a lot

there are so many sick features. the rail line is sick, i think u get 8-10 rails of boxes per run, if u hit them all. theres a sick up down combo, a flat down, and 2 flat boxes at the end that are sick to session

Wow the park seems really dope, and compare to the french park when I am use to ride, I'm so stoked to ride there.

Im sorry but I didnt be able to find pics of the actual park in this threar or on the internet..

The park today from what it was last weekend/ yesterday, is shit. Horrible location, longer laps, only a few features, it sucked completely compared to the previous one.

The park is right under the Emerald Chair. They moved it due to lack of snow as reported on Whistler's website. And getting to the park is, well, just silly nilly.

its still totally worth going up since they close on sunday. its always fun, its skiing in may. how bad can it be?
