Whistler might get a ton of snow

i hope we finally get some decent snow in whistler and that this forcast is right because today it was just freezing cold
 
Massive downgrade..

Oh well, hopefully they get SOMETHING, or i'll have to drink there for a week - I'm heading up there from Vancouver tomorrow
 
Let's hope this is true. We need some fresh snow badly, but at least the melt helped the snowpack settle down

Today was fucking epic around 7th heaven - best day skiing I have had in a long time
 
today was great. got up peak right when it was open and got first tracks in whistler bowl. so sick.
and then i went to symphony for like 5 epic runs, then the chair broke down and everyone was stuck at the bottom and there was a great snow ball fight, but we had to hike up to harmony. shitty. anyone else get stuck there or on the chair?
 
Met someone that had to hike to harmony, talk about bad timing for that lift to break down

is it supposed to keep snowing up there?

im from WA and im going up on friday for a week or so. and ive tried looking at weather reports but ive seen like 4 completely different ones.
 
looks like a weather system is coming in Saturday night, but I think it will be a little slow for a good weekend dump... Monday should be the good day again.
 
I want to take a day trip up on monday. Anyone got an extra seat / split gas?
