And for the guy who said La Nina = colder temps = more snow, you're an idiot. La Nina means different things in different climates. In the PNW it means more precip and slightly higher temps. A couple degrees at Whistler/Baker can make all the difference. We could have an epic year again this year or suffer through shitloads of rain. Last year this time Whistler was open, so was Baker, and all the local mountains around Vancouver. Now none of them are, and the locals have ZERO snow. Its because of the higher temps cause it sure as hell isn't because of the lack of precip
