Whistler in May

What is whistler like in may. i will be out there from teh 16th - 24th and im just wonderin how much the mountain will be open and park and snow conditions and such
 
so i have heard. kinda sucks.

my first time out there and i dont even get to ride whistler. o well. should still be dope
 
They closed the solar coaster because they have to move the drive station at the top down a bit to make room for the new peak to peak tramola. So it looks like the route to the camps will be Excalibur-Excelerator-Glacier Express.
 
YES!!!!!!!!! thats gonna be really good for camps on the showcase t-bar cuz the last lift pretty much takes you to the bottom of the T

Now if you think that the fact that the Glacier quad brings you to a midpoint between both t-bars, with the Showcase to the right of the chair, and Horstman a hundred meters down the hill, then you have a very poorly defined idea of what it means to be brought within proximity of a t-bar, given that the three points are in an equidistant triangle. nah bro. their is a cat track right from the bottom of showcase to the top of glacier. ive been ther like 4 times in the sumer bra
 
so you get off glacier, and one t-bar is like directly right of you, and the other one, is down a hill right behing you.... that seems like its dropping you off at both t-bars to me
 
You're a fucking dumb ass. HE LIVES THERE omg you've been there for summer! they never run the glaicer one in the summer bro, they run the solar one or whatever that goes to the top. Give up.
 
Yes, of course there is a cat track from top of Glacier to bottom of Showcase. You get off the chair, go skiier's right, and there's the t-bar. But all you have to do is go DOWN 100 meters and you are at Horstman T. I mean WTF, you never noticed that? Anyway, what's the point. While you get lost in yer confused geography of the summer glacier, I'll be hiking Corona Bowl, Hollywood Ridge & Decker. If you know where that is, then let's meet up at Cabin 3 on the Spearhead Traverse and fight it out mano y mano.

To the dude who talked about Solar Coaster, that runs mid-mountain (other side of the mountain,in fact) and brings you up to Rendezvous.

It depends summer to summer what chairs they use w/ busses to get you up. It used to be Wizard/Solar/ bus to Seventh, but the past few years they've also usedB/C Gondola, buses to Glacier.
 
yeah but for like hiking back from your summer camp at the end of the day whichever it may be. it would be easier to get there from momentum or HN than COC. ya herd?
 
OK. Yes you hike back then.. yes you do that. Me, I will simply dip under the fence half way down the park, head skiier's right and ski right up to the Glacier quad download like the HNers can. You can hike. After all, Darwin has to come into play sometime..
