Hey guys, I am going out to Whistler in February and I was wondering a few things:

- Best runs

- Somewhat undiscovered spots

- Cool shops

- Good restaurants

- Places to hang out

Also, is anyone else going out there in February?

Any help is appreciated!

+K for help out.

crystal zone down to excel chair has endless hidden gems.

and for everything else just walk through the village until you see something. fuji market has cheapest sushi in town, splitz grill has the best burgs, creekbread has great pizza.

- best runs

If youve never been to whis. you have got tp hit

- peak to creek. its just an epic long run.

- 7th heaven first thing in the morning is beautiful.

i would also hit up blackcomb glacier, it has some epic terrain and is huge. if you have the skills then head down the blow hole, or the crystal/ruby/ect, bowls.

- if the conditions are foggy or tracked out, then head to the parks to mess around

- undiscovered spots. --- to find these you will have to explore on your own :)

- coolshops . all through the village, not hard to find.

- good restaurants - sushi village

- places to hang out - merlins and late night party bar scee,

http://whistler3dsolutions.com/That's a must use map.

Spankys ladder is a must ski area, the chutes into Sapphire bowl are supposedly pretty sick but I didn't get a chance to ski them. But that whole area is sick. Accessing blackcomb glaciar the normal way is pretty fun too, blowhole is a good run and you can ski sapphire bowl without going through the chutes from spanky's ladder.

CBC trees can be fun with enough snow but its pretty tight and easy to get lost and theres lots of cliffs in there so be careful and go skiers left as you go, remember theres no patrol sweep so don't go alone obviously

Glaciar express is an awesome chair and theres lots of lines to explore around secret bowl and pakkalolo. Teetering is the sickest chute.

Jersey Cream Bowl is a must ski area. False face and that stuff along that wall (accessable from 7th heaven) can get really gnarly and steep like hawaii 5-0 and whatnot. Coulior Extreme is a great run but gets a lot more traffic than the other ones.

7th heaven is a fun area with lots of wind lips to jump, gets sun which makes the snow great

I didn't ski flute bowl cause it wasn't worth the walk imo

The chutes skiers right next to sun bowl are legit and the symphony lift is pretty good area

Harmony bowl is a great area with a good amount of steeps off to lookers left and theres some good cliffs around the bowl

I didn't get the chance to ski exhiliration/excitation but it looks legit, you can get there from a 5 min hike from the top of the harmony lift

The cirque/colouir are difficult and you can find pretty good snow there since I guess a lot of people don't ski em, pretty fun expert stuff

The coffin for me was must ski, it looks so gnarly from the lift but if you side slip into it its not that bad and pretty sick, good snow underneath

Waterfall cliffs are a must jump, there so fun and you can scope really easily from the peak chair

Didn't see any tracks the week I was there from air jordan

Theres some really good chutes in west bowl and a lot of fun skiing in there, definitely less crowded than whistler bowl. I accidently went into the closed area up there and skiied a sick chute but this patroller was telling me that its a really dangerous area with some massive cliffs there so be careful, but all that shit is avy controlled anyway so you should be good, and its absolutely untracked.

All these runs are listed in that map I posted and you can youtube most of these to find videos of people skiing the runs.

if by "waterfall cliffs are a must jump" you mean "waterfall cliffs are flat as fuck" then yes.

theres really only one or 2 spots worth dropping on waterfall.

you know, it IS Whistler right? good luck finding "undiscovered spots" in the most blown up scene in Canada, and in the top 5 of... well, the world.

Best runs: Spanky's, Million Dollar Ridge, VD Chutes

Undiscovered spots: U-Turn, CBC,

Cool shots: TMC Freeriderz, Comor

Good restaurants: Pasta Lapino, Splitz, Sachi Sushi

Places to hang out: depends on age
