hey im wondering if theyre are any big booters or gaps set up around whistler as im heading up soon and wanna hit some big back country booters.

yeah man, the mounatin actually has a park crew that just goes out every night armed with big shovels building booters for you to hit in the BC. theyve got a trailmap with all of the locations and everything.

dont be a cock stain i meant if there was anything like a small fucking pyramids around whistler you cunt

Don't even bother. Just find a "permanently closed" area on the trailmap and go there to build one. Those aren't for real, they're just marked like that to keep the tourists away from all the cool jump spots.

If you're lucky, the park crew that goes around building BC hits will have built one for you, and you'll be allllll gooooood.

i've heard of this place called the windlip, but i don't really know where it is, it's on 7th heaven right guys:?

naw dude, you got it all wrong, it's on Whistler. The map is wrong too. Just go ask the guys running the olympic chair.

Guys stop being fucking jerks.

The windlip is your best option, that is pretty sweet. It's on Blackcomb, to get to it go up Glacier Express then Showcase T-bar, hike up to the glacier entrance. Then traverse around the blow hole and keep going straight and its pretty much there.

Often there are reminents of jumps which you can re build or just hit it natural. hit is fast to avoid landing on the flat.

Sorry, didn't realize that the lieutenant of the cool police was looking after this thread. So, I'm sorry officer, I'll be nice from now on.

building backcountry booters takes a lot of time, and people get pissed when others poach their jumps....probably why you aren't getting an answer.

my best advice would be not to bother coming to whistler, since it's crowded and icy. But just go to the backcountry, find a cool spot and build your own thing. Lakeside bowl.

It's also a product of the general aversion people in this forum and I guess around whis have to telling people where things are in the BC areas (or really anywhere) on Whis or Bcomb... mostly you'll just get told to find your own terrain. The point being, if you should be there, you already know where it is, or you'll be skiing with someone who'll show you. If you have to ask, in most cases, you shouldn't be told.

And given the way the thread was phrased, that sarcastic comment about the park crew going around building shit was fully deserved... do your own fucking work. ASKING where to find something to poach is like taking laziness and douchebaggery to exciting new heights!

The preceding post was a rare charitable effort to clarify the sentiments expressed in this thread to the threadstarter who didn't seem to understand why he was getting mobbed.

uhm, no i dont think many people understood what i was asking. I was simply asking if there was any spots that booters could be set up because they have landings already up, sorta like pyramids or what have you. im up there for a month so i have plenty of time to build a booter. im just interested in the best spots to do so.

If you pay the groomers with beer they will take you into the bc and use there machines to build you a massive kicker. Bringing big fattys seals the deals.
