Me and my girlfriend are goin to Whistler this weekend and im just wondering about the bike park and snow conditions.... and the weather i think we gonna stay in a tent and I dont want it to rain

Just get two tarps (one under the tent, one over the tent), some stakes to secure the bottom tarp, a bunch of rope to tie the high one to the trees, and pitch your tent on highground to avoid run-off. then rain shouldn't be a problem.
