deagen did it first, did like a 270 but still landed then pastrana tried it and fell the first time and the stuck it the second attampt

i think they'll have fun with the 360 first, making it smoother, adding variations, then someone will bust out a backflip 3, like the ones BMXers do.

BEfore that trick i thoguht FMX was getting kind of boring but thgen that came out yesterday and it changed my perspective on where the sport is going.

travis's was 10000 times sicker... deagans was more of a backflip with a small kick out on the bike.... travi's was full out corked 3. In other news, anyone else see the inline skater try to flatspin 180 over the spin? tiny, and got no hype, but I thought it was sick.

its about time those rednecks started doing real tricks, although I can see how it would be difficult to do any different tricks...they had the superman and its variations and then the backflip ...about it...they should try some shit like flipping or spinning independently of the bike...neat...they do show all too much of that 'neck sport on x-games though...now that its in winter x too...snowmobilin in winter x too....its turned into a nascar event with all the 'necks runnin around

thats what i was sayiung wasnt a 3 but i thought that was what it wqas supposed to be because the announcer were saying it was and they said pastrana was the only other one doing it, same as the 3. my mistake, but at lkeast i can say what i was watching isnt a 360

if you read my first post I said it was awesome...I don't personally care that they're rednecks if they can do shit like that...my only problem was with the x-games showin every single dirtbiker jump and only the finals of the skiing events

deegan lived on a farm in a rural area til he was 14 or so, and have you heard him talk, he can't totally disguise his hick accent and its funny

apparently I am cause I have no idea what that outburst was about...although it could be me striking a nerve with some one who is in denial about their social categorization. maybe you could fill me in on how I'm ignorant? because in montana, the only people I know who even own dirtbikes are pure redneck or hick....I realize that it could be completely different in other areas of the country, but I haven't experienced that so I can only use my knowledge.

In my opinion you are ignorant. You've based your opinion solely on what you've experienced in the state of Montana. A state that lacks speed limits as well as residents. And apprently a state that is lacking in it's public education system. If you were even remotely informed on the sport of Motocross or have ever picked up an MX publication. You'd know that most of the athletes are far from your 'redneck' stereotype. Most of them grew up in residential areas in large states such as California and Florida. Sure, there are exceptions such as Guy Cooper, Kenny Bartram, and perhaps you could call Travis Pastrana a ''Neck' being as he grew up on hundreds of acres (which belonged to the forestry) in Maryland. But take good ol' MC (McGrath) for instance. The guy grew up in a normal residential home with a normal family. He still lives the same way. Along with others such as Nate Adams, Mike Metzger, Jones, and others that belong to the growing sport of Motocross and Freestyle Motocross. So James, next time you'd like to make an attempt at insulting this well established sport. Please be sure that your insult is well thought out and worth while. Because this one...wasn't. LATE
