Which way do you flip during a lincoln.

I dont know why, but I cant do lincolns, which shoulder do you guys drop to do them? I spin right, so i'm thinking I'll drop my left shoulder.

i spin to the right and during a lincon drop my right shoulder...but i was just pondering what is considered and 'unntaural lincon' casue i can throw em both ways

 
i spin left naturally, and i drop my right shoulder for lincolns when i do em on a tramp, cant do them on skis yet

I spin left i meant. I think dropping the left shoulder would be better so that i could do them in a rodeo too then.

i spin left and naturally do them to the right.you want to be able to drop your right shoulder to do rodeos while spinning to the left, doing lincolns to the left will be useful for doing flairs on the right wall.

 
i naturally drop my right shoulder, but i can do them both ways, u just gotta spot somthin straight in front of u and look at it and do it, i spin left too

i spin left, cant do them on skis yet, but on the tramp i learned them first to the right, but after i learned them to the left, then dropping my left shoulder became easier

so i do them drop right, but i normally add a 360 by spinning left.. is that right? or is that just fucked up... i wanna learn the right way cause i add safetys too

i flip to the right and when i rodeo i lean back to the right and spin left still tho is it still a rodeo?

i drop right or left, i learnt left first, then i learnt rodeos going to my right, then i learnt rodeos going to my left, probley one of hte easyest tricks to learn unnatural

Do the loop the oppisite way you spin. I spin left and throw loops by droping right. This seems wierd, because your basically doing a cart wheel and I throw my left arm out and down to do a cartwheel. MIke Laroche tought me and said to throw oppisite because it can screw up other tricks in the long run. Drop your head to the side, not back or you'll do a rodeo. tuck them knees in and rotate slow, yeah thats nice

I spin to the left and I drop my left shoulder for a lincoln. If you want to learn unnatty lincolns, on a trampoline do half of one and land on your back and then bounce around to finish the rotation. After that feels somewhat easy, go for the whole thing and good luck, its not that bad.

I've been having some trouble with lincolns on skis.

I always want to spin with it from throwing a whole bunch of rodeos and stuff.

I'll end up doing lincoln-90- then forcing myself to 90 back the other way, so its really sketchy right now.

Any pointers on how to keep it in one flowing rotation on skis?

(from people that know how to do it on skis. it's not the same on trampolean)

i throw rodeos and loops to the right, yet i spin to the left. Even weirder... i grind with my right foot forward, but i skateboard with my left foot forward.

Yeah, I always do a 90 halfway through my rotation unless I concentrate real hard on staying on axis, but no matter how much I practice them doing it right I can never do them off the top of my head and get them right.
