Which truck is for you?

Out of all the full size pickups on the market, which would you choose?

Toyota Tundra

Ford F-150 to 350

Chevrolet Silverado

GMC Sierra

Nissan Titan

And I mean full size pickups, no GMC Canyons or Ford Rangers. If I missed any trucks (again, they need to be a full size pickup), feel free to add your choice. I would choose a Tundra.

How about you?

Chevy

Why? (Keep in mind this is purely opinion, most truck arguments are entirely based on opinion)

They look better than the other brands. I like and am more familiar with GM drivetrains and engines over the other brands. GM engines come underrated from the factory.

Only dislike I have is the lack of a SFA in the post 88' model trucks.

ford f250 or 350, the trucks are solid and i like the design of them, they look sick and like a truck in my opinion

F250. I like the Tundra but their gauges are so sunk into the dashboard with these giant covers around them that they get these weird fucking shadows on the dials.

GMC sierra all day. its no f-150 raptor, but it can do all the dirty work any ford can and then some plus the new sierras come with like a 450hp v8 straight out the box and are fast as fuck for weighing just under 6,000lbs. GMC also rides and handles ssooo nice. my sierra 1500 crew cab drives like a sports car, most fords and dodges i have driven drive like tanks. i cant say much about the tundra other than i fucking hate the instrument panel. you wanna look at the spedometer? too fucking bad. check the rpm's or the oil pressure? how about go fuck yourself.

the nissan titan is second choice after the sierra. because it ruins shit.

I love my truck. It's a 2005 Chev Silverado 2500HD. Pretty much the bare minimum to meet payload requirements for putting a deck + 2 sleds on it most of the winter.

F150 Lightning.
But realistically I would never spend that much on a truck because at the end of the day its still an F150 and therefore a Ford and therefore built like a piece of shit, even if it does have like 500hp (Although the euro spec Focus's are quite nice but its because they are really Mazda 3's). So realistically, I'd get the Tundra. I wouldn't spend over 25,000 on a truck, sort of defeats the purpose. Although, again realistically I wouldn't do a full size truck, I'd do a Tacoma TRD package and spend weeks trying to decide between the offroad package and the sport package.
So yeah F150 Lightning I guess. Or the Ram with the Viper engine in it, whatever that is called, the Ram SRT 12 or whatever.
Its funny I know this one guy and everyone in his family drives an F150. He's got an old one, his mom and sister both have new ones, and his dad has an F250. When they are all home looking at their driveway is quite hilarious.

AHEM!

The only things in it that aren't the same when it came off the factory line are the rims, the oil filter, air filter, sound system, and the alternator (only been replaced once... EVER).... It's original factory line valve gaskets are leaking oil now though but after 26 years that is expected.

Seriously dude the cars Ford produces in America are shit. I've seen multiple Focus's completely KO'd after about 30,000 miles. In England they got the Mondeo and the rad Focus type R or whatever its called, which are both great vehicles. I think the Mondeo might be the same as the Ford 500 that you see around sometimes though, which would be quite funny as no one drives them here and in England its the number 1 selling car for men aged 25-35 or something.

nissan titan, my dad would make me haha he works for a dealer as a parts manager or some shit and we would get a pretty hefty discount

My dad is going to help me make my own small Bull bar for it but we are going to try and replace the engine block. Yeah, only the valve covers are leaking but there are probably other things waiting to happen.

i dont like anthing out there

what id like is; gmc sierra body, cummins 12 valve turbo diesel, dana 80 front and rear, 4 wheel drive, allison 6 speed tranny

of whats comming off the line, ram 3500 cummins

fuck boats haha

i want power, and i want a durable driveline.

hell, i have a 3/4 ton chevy right now... claimin that 7mpg all day

i would get a GMC sierra, al-round a solid truck and i dont really have any complaints about GMC considering how long i and my family have been driving them.

there is one in my city that has a topper on it. ugh as much as i love subarus the baja is super duper ugly. especially the one with a topper. oh and of course it's off color.

why would i be getting a full size truck in the first place?
id go with a modded garbage truck, so much towing capacity
