I need to get new skis soon and not really concerned about price. Im 6 feet tall and about 160 pounds. I mostly do park but sometimes like to do all mountain if the conditions are good. I'm leaning towards the Armada AR7's but there might be something better? I do equal amount of rails/jumps so want a ski not to stiff yet not to soft. Please leave a comment if you've got a recommendation or had experience with any of these skis. Thanks!+k for bumps and comments

I'm about your size, and was skiing on some AR6s this season. I loved them, great for rails and jibbin, I'm not all too good on big jumps, but they hold pretty awesome there too. Could only see the AR7 being better.

If you're looking for a ski with a little more waist (90-96) for your all mountain expeditions, look into something like the ON3P Jeronimo, from what I've heard, they are amazing. Considering them for next season

thanks +k... yea the AR7's are looking good right now. haven't heard any problems about them but im just wondering if there to stiff for doing butters, ollies... etc.

They are not too stiff for butters. Trust me (for the AR6s at least). It's a great ski, I haven't heard anything bad about the AR7 yet

Not to be an ass, but your thread title gives me zero reason to help you at all. That is just obnoxious.

If you are concerned about the stiffness then get a pair of T-Halls exact same dimensions and construction just softer in the tips and tails.

which ski's what?

which ski's boobies are nicer?

which ski's dog is super chill?

which ski's sister's boyfriend can hook you up with the best and cheapest weed?

be more specific

yea looks like I'll be getting the AR7's. Does anybody know where you can get them cheaper than $499? cause that seems to be the average price on all the websites.

Man, you have 5 threads going on just from today about which ski you're going to buy.

Have you narrowed it down to anything?

bluehouse antics, mine have lasted a long time and were a great price. not to soft but still good for jibbing around if you want to get out of the park every once and a while. they are not symmetrical but only off by something like 3mm so they are a good ski to mount dead centre.

he is on basicly no budget, so i think the ar7s would be the better ski, no hate on antics, its just he has the money to spend, so why not get the slightly better ski?? if he were tight on money they would be the best ski

The T-Hall would be my choice over the AR7 but the Alpha 1 is above both. The race base is amazing if waxed or if your like me and wax it every 40 times its still much better than the AR7, Halo, and T-Halls base. The elf shoe makes spins on and out of rails/boxes so much easier and you wont catch as much because of the rocker in the tip and tail. The stiffness is the same as the AR7 so you can stomp big landings. The rocker makes them decent in powder(much better than AR7 or T-halls) and the turn radius is super low(12,14, and 15.5m), which make shutting down speed in tight lines/ trees easy. Also it makes carving into jumps easier, and makes switch take offs much easier because you dont get caught up on the lip. Also they are better in bumps because they have a tiny waist and the rocker helps a lot. There is not another ski even close to the Alpha 1. Corks, rodeos, and flips are also easier because you can roll onto/off of the tips and tails easily.
By the way does anyone have any reviews on the Jiberish x Newschoolers collab? should I just wait for the level 1 collab to come out?
