Which ski?

I need to choose one of the twin-tips listed below but i dont know which is the best. Help!

08 rossingol blast, 08 rossingol scratch scream 'in, 08 dynastar troublemaker limited, 08 volkl ledge

Troublemaker limited is the only one of those that isn't a low end/ price point park ski. I would assume they are the best by a significant margin.

you need to give us more info, height, weight, preference(ie soft/stiff), what you will be using it for, skier ability, etc.

agreed but of the 4. seems like troublemakers are the 'best' in terms of them being a high end ski and the others are all price points.

thats completely irrelevant. your just saying the tms are the best for him since theyre the most expensive. although they might indeed be good for him, i wouldnt make any conclusions without knowing what hes looking for. maybe he has a budget?

My opinion is that: unless he only skis rails, or is a beginner and wants a price point ski to destroy then the troublemaker is a "better" ski. As a general rule, skis that were originally top of the line are better constructed and more durable than those that were the companies price point offering. The trouble maker is actually a pretty solid, durable all round park ski. In terms of budget, the skis he mentioned are all the same price (give or take) on evo gear. I agree that there is no rule the states that the more expensive ski is necessarily better, but like with bindings, it is a good guideline. The trouble maker is the 'comparable' ski in the market to last years Rossi Scratch Ghetto. I am not saying that regardless of his ability, skiing style and preferences that the Troublemaker is always better. But with no information, for 80% of cases I would say the trouble maker is a better ski. I would argue it will be the best on piste, the best all mountain and the best on jumps. If he wants a centre mount rail ski, i would get the ledges, otherwise I'd get TMs.

Just to clarify, by most expensive, I mean where it sits in a companie's line up. I.e the Troublemaker v.s the Nothing but trouble. In general, the top of the line ski will be more solidly constructed than the price point.

5' 10", 150lbs, in the middle-ish, mostly park b/c i have other skis for other trails/glades, intermediate skier, i live in the east (if it matters)

do you like stiffer or softer skis? what do you do in the park? rails / jumps or what?

i go with a ski on the softer side and i do jumps and rails in the park. im not tryin just to look fly cruzin around in some twin tips
