Which ski should I buy

Hey, Since I'm a monitor, I can buy a pair of ski at the cost price. I can choose between salomon, Head, K2 and Rossignol. I'm doing 60% backcountry/40% park. Which ski should I buy and which binding?. I don't want something too much wide. (sorry for my poor english)

PEs are great but I would defiantly rather have the SV's for 60% bc and the pes are cheaper if you can get them at cost go SV's for sure

What's better in the Seth Vicious than in the new scratch BC? which one is better in park and which one is better in BC?

Scratch BC is prolly better in the park. Wait until thursday and I'll have a review on the Scratch BC.

mojo 90 wouldnt be a bad choice either. bombproof ski and excellent for everything

Agreed, for a skinnier ski, Mojo 90 would be great...but if you are 60% backcountry, I'm going to side with everybody else. Get the SV. If I were you I would veer away from Salomon and Rossingal.

I'd get the vicious, but if you really don't want a ski that fat, then yes, the PE will serve you well. It's definitely got the width and flex to deal with soft stuff. So... give'r.

SV is definatly a good choice. Mojo's are nice too

I'd get the mojo 90's they float well in pow and arent as wide as the BC's and the Viscious so they will be quicker edge to edge in the park. Another good would be the salomon guns, but if your going be keeping them for more than a year get the mojo's.

I now have to choose between rossignol scratch BC and K2 PE or SV. You seems to say that the BC and the SV are two great skis for powder and bc. TO make a good decision, can you tell me which one will handle the best on jumps and rails since they are almost the same on bc.

salomon stuff is nice, in my opinion. the gun's are great for practically everything...bs,groomers,park

If your concerned about rails i think that the Vicious under foot is too wide. You probably want something more in the 90mm range under foot.
