If this is the only damage on the skis, they don’t need any work, yet. Go skiing and when you do more damage like this across both your skis then you should go and get a service from a reputable shop and they will (hopefully) put clear metalgrip in those gouges that go to the edge.

Thats fine. If it can be seen from like 5 feet away then it's a problem. Keep an eye on it tho.
