i wonderin whats a really good park ski for me to use. i usually only ski park so im looking for a full out park ski. I'm looking for a ski that can handle jumps and rails well. can someone help me choose which one to get.

opps sorry k here my information.

height is 6"0 with ski boots on

weight is about 150 lbs

i ski only park no backcountry or anything like that, only sometimes

been skiing for 10 years, freestlye for 3 years.

and i live in edmonton,Aleberta

last skis i used were rossignol scratch pro 149cm ( really small skis for me)

there we go, hope you guys can help

well i actually loved the feel of it, it was soft and buttery. it was light and easy to do tricks on.

definitly the technology and preformance of the skis. like if it can withstand big jumps and rails

sorry to be a dick but you live in alberta and you ski only park...

why don't you hit up the pow/bc??

i dunno i grew up in ontario and all there was there was park so im used to doing only park. i dont really like b/c to tell you the truth.

maybe this will help

i looked at rossignol scratch ghetto already and they were pretrty good.

armada pipe cleaners were good aswell.

salomon spk and dumonts were o.k

Line Chronic 181

Rossignol Scratch Ghetto 181

Armada Thalls 181

these are all great park skis, i think the thalls are the softest ones on the list but i'm sure it can handle big jumps and whatnot.

those would all work great except pipe cleaners don't hold up too well on rails in my experience. maybe look at chronics as well

well its all about preference...your a pretty tall dude but you don't weigh that much and weight is more important so i guess you could do a 175 or above ish length. also you used to ski on really short skis so idk...

what lengths did u try out when you demoed the skis u listed?

thalls for sure are super fun really buttery because of the flex points in the tip and tail best park ski ive ever skiied on

i was actually thinking about getting the 167 cm rossignol scratch ghettos. but maybe i should bump it up to 174cm

well if you like softer buttery skis get

atomic urban punx

t-halls

anthems

invaders

if you like stiffer skis

pipe cleaners

ar6

walls

if you want something inbetween and super fun and poppy and crazy light get watch lifes

If your interested in bigger jumps you should not even be thinking of a ski in the 160 cm range. You need mid to upper 170s  or 180s.  I am 6'3" and the smallest ski i ride is a 182.  Thats just my opinion.  For me the length makes the skis feel more stable on big jumps and i feel better in the air with them.

Depends what you concidor soft and stiff. They are stiffer than Ar6's, which I would call a mid-flex. I would say they are slightly stiffer than average.

and as long as they are stiffer than my old skis (rossi scracth pros) they should be good to ski on.

the ghetto is deff the softest but not much spfter then the AR6, the wall is deff the stiffest of the threee but the only symmetrical one...have u considerd the line invader/anthems????
