Which is easier switch lip or tails?

Thinking of finally trying switch onto rails, which I've never done before.

So which one is easier? I've already watched Jake Muller's switch lip video.

I feel like switch tails is harder because you are more likely to catch your tails instead of a switch lip?

Any last minute advice NS? Thanks

I've only done them on little rails so maybe this isn't helpful. But I like switch lip better. the rail is in front of you the whole time and easier to see. Sw tails it's a little sketchier in my opinion cause it's harder to see and I get sketched about catching my tails. On smaller features they're pretty much the same though!

switch lip by far like 100% easier, could do them blindfolded.. switch tails is another story..

I've only hit rails a few times switch and it was on my summer setup and super sketchy but I did a switch lip

switch lip is way easier to learn but switch tail isn't bad on a down rail just dip your tips down and your good

Switch lip is wayy easier - and also feels dope when you get them. Biggest thing that helped me was going wide on the inrun

Tails just feel so nice to pop on for me, I see it as the same way as popping on forward you dont catch your tips going that way so just remember your pop and set it on the rail, lip is awkward putting your tails down after the lip to get the noses up and over. I'm at the stage where both are fun though

Come on santos don't be throwing down advice like this until you're doing them on at least 6" tall rails.

sw tails is easier to commit too if your learning, but switch lip is easier to do if that makes sence

You have it totally backwards...

switch lip is easier to learn but once you get switch tails down it is a much easier, smoother and better feeling trick. Switch lip onto super high rails is pretty scary imo where as switch tails is mellow into almost a rail of any height especially with a wide lip
