i take it. its not like steroids or creatine, it just gives you more protein and nutrients for your body to use to build muscle. its just like eating alot of steaks and potatoes. it doesnt make you cut persay, like some unatural supplements might, just builds genuine muscle.
take after you lift. if you do before, your body takes the proteins and burns them off like carbs, so it does basically nothing. when you take it after, your muscles take the protein to build strength, like i said before, just like eating certain foods.
its like taking a vitamin c or calcium pill. istead of drinking oj or milk, your getting the direct source of nutrients.
i use gnc brand, flavored chocolate caramel. tastes like shit with water, so i mix it with milk and a dab of chocolate syrup. its not scrumpcious, but i can down it much more easily
