I'm doing a bit of research here, if you guys don't mind helping!

I'm trying to find out which are the parks with good park scenes kicking around. Try to name the best one or two in the region...

If someone has already said the resort that you like best, please enter in a vote of "I" for the resort!

Then I'm going to try to map all the cool parks around North America.

Loon!!!

i like loon cuz they have stuff from wicked easy to bog stuff, they have something for everyone!!! and it is ussually maintained really well, and they got the superpipe and the mini pipe!!!

Waterville and Loon definately have 2 of the best parks around new england, and both are like 30 minutes from each other.

loon and waterville hands down have the best new hampshire parks but attitash has a really good vibe and pretty much a skier only scene its really chill and fun for kids to just come up and learn stuff because its not that popular there's not a lot of amazing riders dominating the park like at waterville and loon attitash just has a fun chill vibe where it's easier to improve

sorry I didn't read your post before. I get what you're saying about good skiers at wv and loon...but I honestly suck and have never felt out of place or stupid falling all over the place in the parks at dubv and loon. I like the 'scene' at both mountains

yup, wv and loon no doubt

who is number 3? i think sunapee is sick

what about like stowe, killy, mt snow, stratton, okemo tho?

jea def loon and wv

but sunapee does have a pretty ill park, like sean said, especially for the size of the mountain

Yeah those are the best in VT with maybe the exception of stowe. I like smuggs setup better then stowe. Most of their parks suck but one on the far right is nice for laps with its owns t-bar that often runs until 4:30, plus its has some nice jumps with steep landings multiple takeoffs and good flow.

directly in my area, ski sundown man, its a small mountain in connecticut that has a sick park, the park crew is real sweet and they always ask the skiers for their imput.

Yeah as far as northern VT, definately Smuggler's Notch.

NH: Loon/WV gets another vote.

CT: Sundown

MA: Wachusett for rails, Bousquet has the biggest jumps but only good when groomed.

where is Bousquet?? and what about nashoba, i think they got ok stuff considering the size of the place, ussually not crowded

Unless stowe has come a long, long way since i;ve lived up there, i'd say its nothing but dangerous with short landings and weak rails. Jay peak is my favorite vt place. 400+ inches of snow and a lot of fun rail set ups. i;d say favorite overall.

if jimminy peak would spend a little more time creating a park they would take the prize for the mass-hole awards. I like that little area.

i;ve never been to WV but thought Loon was a good time when i was up there a couple years ago.

and powder ridge kills it in CT.

that should be nowhere on the list, stratton's park is always so piss poor whenever i'm there. the only good thing is that they opened the vt open course to the public instead of destroying it this year.

thats a good list. wv and loon are dope. sunapees where i ride normaly its ok park but it has a good crew of kids to ride with. okemos ill for vt and mt snows pretty good too with the two parks right near eo inferno and i forget what the other one is.

exactly I love the attitash park, but I have to say it is a close runner up to waterville

why you given props to powder ridge fluff? sundown is where its at, and you work hard to make it nasty

i loved killy when i went down to nextsnow. but i dont think i can say which one is the best because i only travel to like 5 resorts a year for comps

Loon, WV, Sunday River.

Sugarloaf has a good park, but the vibe is great. Very friendly. Sunday River's park is definatly one of the best, but the vibe isn't as good.

wachusett should get a park update, its mad legit when its up. and i'd be happy to provide weekly pictures and updates.

my opinion attitash has a sick park, not that much stuff but the stuff the do have is sickk. when i went to WV it was horrible conditions so i wouldn't know aboutt hat

im sorry but u guys seem to be pretty silly. mt snow should clearly be on that list. i understand that loon and dub vare sick yes, but when you guys bring sunapee, cranmore, and wachusett into this, thats just rediculous. mt snow clearly has sick parks, and always have. find a park with better flow, or a more fun park then diablo. and inferno at mt snow clearly has the biggest jumps on the east coast. i seriously was laughing at you guys when you were saying sunapee, cranmore (wtf i ve never heard a single thing abut there park), wachusett (lets be honest, its mass), smuggs, etc. i mean seriously guys, mt snow holds it down
