my first time it was just me and two of my buddy's in a park and we just passed the bong of 30X extract around thinking it would be like weed. it was proabably the most scaryist thing that has every happened to me. i was looking at the clouds and all of a sudden a door opened in the cloud and i got sucked into it. the entire time i kept falling into diffrent demension or worlds and i was terrified i couldn't get back. the salvia might only last for like 6 minuites but to me i was stuck in that trip for an eternety. i like lived an entire life outside of this one. i can't really explain anything that happened in each of the worlds exept that i ran into little foot from the land before time at one point. that expeiriance ruined salvia for me because everytime i tried to do it since i immediatly get that horrible rolling feeling through my body and then i go back into the same trip i had last time but there is always these three guys that try to make it so i dont get back.

no, you really dont. it was fun for about 20 seconds then it all turns to shit. one of the worst experiences of my life
 
its fun but you have to hit it so hard to get an effect but when it happens its really cool for like 30 seconds
 
dude, i tried that shit i took like 5 hits and held em for 30 seconds each and it did nothing FUCK, anyways there are thousands bud.
