Where's my letter at?

About 5 months ago I sent a letter to line skis. I've ridden line skis since I started skiing park and even before. I've skied there skis for about 5 years and bought some of there clothing in the past. this past year my pair of

afterbangs broke and were pretty much unskiable. I sent a letter asking for some type of discount for my next pair of skis. I wasn't really expecting anything back from them but a letter saying that they were sorry and couldn't do it. It has been 5 months and i haven't recieved anything yet. I dunno if im being to much of a bitch about this but i think that it would be nice to at least send a letter back saying they were sorry that they couldnt do it and maybe some free stickers. I spent close to a thousand dollars in the past on there stuff and i think it would be nice for them to send a letter.

According to one of your other threads you had been riding these skis for 3 years and then the split in the tip. You rode these skis for three fucking years and you expect a discount on the next pair? Most peoples skis regardless of brand won’t last a year let alone three so I wouldn’t be expecting a discount if I were you.

Stuff gets lost in the mail all the time. Instead of calling out a company on the internet maybe you should try emailing them and letting them know what's up...

Sorry man but I don't think Line gives a shit about your 3 year old skis, people break their gear all the time. Im just confused because I didn't know that people still send letters

3 year old park skis, it's almost hard not chipping your ski if you ski a lot during that time, personally mine holds up for about 1 season

He just said in his post that he wasn't expecting a discount, but just some stickers or a response back.

They should probs give you a new pair for free and a ton of stickers!! What a rip! But for real, skis brake. :) how old were they?

That's actually pretty weird, I broke my line a-bangs after riding them for 3 years and when I told them about it, they sent me a new pair free of charge. I say just keep sending letters.

same shit happened to me with k2. The difference was is that I had 2 pairs of the exact same skis that I won at a rail jam, and in both cases the pass started to peel up in the exact same spot on each ski. The second pair I had only been riding for 9 days
