Where's a good place to buy Nike SB's and such?

Im looking for authentic nike's and while industrial ride shop and journeys are good, they have a very limited inventory. Any one know of any other online retailers? Also, the nike sb seemed to have a tighter fit (generally i wear 10's but I got a 10.5 in the sb) are most nike shoes like this? a.k.a. should I just stick with 10.5?
