Where to stay at government camp

I've never been to hood but I'm coming up this summer. Where's the best place to stay?

Do you have a car? You can either a) camp b) spend money on a hostel, hotel or motel in govy or welches c) sleep in your car d) join mazamas and stay in their cabin e) don't sleep

google map campspots theres a bunch of free ones close to t liine . sleep in your car or tent it,hammock.

I was there last week camping around in free spots. the dirt road up from trillium lake rd has a bunch of spots and it's only like ~15min from the mountain.
