Where to Ski Bum

I'm trying to figure out where to spend my winter as a ski bum, and thought I had it figured out but now I need others opinions. I built a ski bum van that I will be living in so the area needs to be relatively cool with that whole lifestyle. I was originally thinking Mt. Baker but recently learned they have no park and a serious lack of resort jobs (my fault since it's late in the season already, van took longer to finish than I had planned). The access to big backcountry terrain is unparalleled which is a huge plus, as well as the fact that there is little to no tourist/gaper scene. Also in speaking to people who live out there it would be pretty easy to stay in the van without trouble. But ideally I go somewhere I can work weekends for a pass/ a little cash and get to spend some time working on park as well as backcountry. I'm now looking at Stevens Pass, Mt. Hood Meadows, Kirkwood, and just glancing at some others. Having never been out west before I have no idea and would appreciate any info on aforementioned resorts or any suggestions on others. Thanks

You ever make it out here. Hit me up, we will shred some pow.

There's a mountain that's pretty close to Stevens that is hiring for positions at the mountain right now

snoqualmie pass has fliers in all of their lodges looking for pretty much anyone who is willing to work so that might be a good option to look into.

Aspen Highlands lifties are breaking legs left and right. You could get a job by the end of the week in Aspen doing anything almost.
