Where to party in mexico?

so me and my friends are planning to go to mexico this summer for our graduation party and we were wondering whats a good place in mexico thats on the beach where we can surf and drink, score weed and get pussy. also where the speak a lot of english. help us find a place where we can stay for like 3 weeks. thanks ns
 
grand sirenis in riviera maya. beautiful girls, all inclusive (free EVERYTHING), and fairly cheap. they had these entertainers that are just supposed to keep the guests happy and this guy named marco would always party with us and he was always ripped. its like an hour south of cancun but you can take these legit taxis for $2 each way. and if you are there for 3 weeks you will get like at least 6 cycles of new girls. (depending on the time that you go)
 
Cabo- everyone speaks English, really touristy, really fun though

Cancun- party central, lots speak English, lots of Americans partying there.

 
Puerto Vallarta.

We own a real estate agency down there and sell condos so i go all the time. Summer is the best time to... go there are a lot of people there but it isnt as touristy(?) like cancun or cabo. A lot of clubs for sure and they dont care about the drinking age or anything like that. I always go surfing when im down there and there are some pretty good surf spots. I would recommend it.

apparently cabo has some sick bars and clubs (el squidro i think is one of them) and its a super good place for nightlife in mexico
 
do not go to mexico in the summer. you will regret it. It is fucking hot, it smells bad, and all of the partiers are there in the spring, not summer.
 
nah lots of kids were down there in june when i went as part of their graduation
 
If you really want to surf..and party. GO TO CABO. The waves are amazing. The party scene is crazy, the clubs downtown are so much fun. Cancun doesnt really have good surf. It is a lilttle expensive..but if you have the money go to cabo. It is so worth it my friend
