Where to mount?!?!

so your question is;....ok where do i mount them?on the spot that an ingeneer, after consulting the team riders, and his calculations decided was the best? or should i be cool and center mount them.....

yeah, i dont know why everyone wants to have thier skis center mounted. granted, this example is a little different, but a skis midpoint should be directly underfoot. if its not, the ski is gonna ride like shit. the idea of mountinng the mad trix in big air mode is retarded. why anyone would wanna ride with a fatter tail than tip is beyond me. def go with 'big mountain mode'

Ya i know!!! Im not retarted. Im mounting them in big mountain mode, but i wanted to know what position to mount them at. Im new to freestyle skiing and i dont know if its better to mount your bindings directly center, because ive heard that it helps with switch riding. Ive always rode my skis my whole life with the balls of my feet over the center, but for riding in the pipe and switch ive heard that you want to mount your bindings direct center so that the tip and tail have even length.

 
Mounting Bindings in the center of the ski is for people who specialize in doing alot of switch skiing and only ski park, If you center mount your mad trix, you throw away their all mountain ability, which I hear is very good. I too have a pair , and Im waiting to get the bindings mounted, and I am definitly going to mount the bindings where they suggest for the big mountain setting. You can still ski switch like this, but the skis work better all around, it really depends on if you ski the rest of the mountain.

 
i had mine mounted +3 on big mountain. they rode perfect for me, but everybody likes something different.
