Where to mount my skis

I just bought some 06/07 Seth vicious skis in the 189 length. Im 5'10" and like 200 lbs. Im moving to Alta for next winter and i need to know where to mount my Look px 12 ti lifters on them. Since im gonna be at Alta ill be riding mostly big mountain. Im a little afraid the skis will be a little big but i think if i mount them just a little forward it will be ok. So where should i mount my bindings in relation to the k2 marks on the ski for mounting?
 
I'd go with core center, it's the center that's marked on the ski, and fairly far back from true center.
 
Do core (+7.5) if you plan to do lots of switch riding etc. otherwise go +5 I did that with mine, it was perfect for big mountain riding.
