There's a few really helpful threads on TGR about it. You really need to decide what you're going to do with them though, there's no universal mounting point for any ski.

are you talking + from center or plus from recomended?

I believe the concensus over at tgr is -9 from center, or -2 from recomended (same thing but the measurements sometimes are off on the topsheets)
