Where to live after college?

the people that live in SLC suck. for example, the kids who are around my age (im 19) mostly all live at home with their parents, even the non mormon ones. the kids who arent mormons are still really weird and clique (however the hell you spell it). in my cases, it is hard to find fun utah people to hang out with. sure there are plenty of out of state skiers to chill with but i think it sucks ass being surrounded with shitty people in a shitty religious city. hence, i left. but who knows, it could be for you.

dude if you find the right place around boston or mancehster, or even somewhere in between. there are plenty of towns north or west of boston where you can be 10-20 min from boston and 1 1/2-2 hours to loon and waterville. or you can find a job in manchester and be like an hour from loon and an hour from boston. but still be in the city of manchester....or even concord. it depends on what kinda job you are looking for. both loon and waterville are sick...i like loon better....but watervielle def has its perks!!! i live and work right outside boston and drive to loon every weekend and its not that bad.

Yeah, I was in Laax, Switzerland. I actually skied with micheal_bc from time to time who is from Zurich. I didn't think Zurich was a very interesting city, it's pretty small and goddamn expensive. It's also very hard for Americans and Canadians to get a working visa in Switzerland. The skiing is rad though. Off-piste is way better in Europe than North America. The hills are much, much bigger in area and you can ski wherever you want. You hardly ever see ski patrol, that's either good or bad depending on how you shred.

Vancouver isn't really all that big. I think the metro area is somewhere around a milly. I like big cities though so I guess some might find that really big. It's a beautiful city and repeatedly is rated one of the best cities to live in worldwide. The skiing is really rad out there and it's a "cool" city. They have a pretty good music scene, the restaurant scene is pretty good and the girls are sexy. And of course, the skiing. Worldwide, there aren't many great cities that have good skiing close by. No others have legit hills right in the city and some worldclass hills within a short drive.

Same question I have had for a year. I live in Seattle now and nothing can compare to alpy being so close. I been living here so long though, I need a change and I love nightlife. Honestly Seattle is a Thur,Fri,Sat type of city. It's pretty boring outside of those days when your not skiing.

I guess going to London and seeing all the people out at night every night, kinda ruined me. I a big city type of person but I love skiing. Outside of the west coast, Vancover, and some European countries it's going to be slim to none.
