Where to go?

im going to colorado during spring break, but i do not know which mountain to go to, which is the best in terms of price and park, and crowdedness(?), also is there any chance of powder in april (im from ny and have never been out west)

brek is a really fun place to ski. stay there. fly into denver, rent a car, drive 3 hrs to summit county. stay at brek and ski at like keystone copper or vail one of the days. its expesive no matter what. if you go to park city you wont have to rent a car...stay in PC

crested butte. amazing skiing. tons of powder. great backcountry and extreme shit. fly into gunnison, and like a half hour drive from there. really small, legit ski town. people there are really chill too.

loveland is sick small park but sick hike to stuff

fly into denver, if you want a cheap place to stay you can get cheap rooms west of denver for 29 dollars a night. from there its a 1hr drive to keystone and breck...however the traffic can be really bad.... anywhere closer will be A LOT more expensive..

if money isn't much of a problem then you can find lots of nice places to stay outside of breck and keystone. Both places have nice parks, keystone has 3 parks, and a lot of variety, and breck has one big park. Also the same pass is good at vail, breck, keystone, and A basin, so you can ski at one of those places during the day then ski at keystone during the night. however i dont know much about the conditions in april. also breck has better all around terrain then keystone.

well, the same pass is for all those places so..for sure dont spend all your time at one place...get some variety in there.

breck if ur goin for park but if ur goin for powder go to the boat...u have parks in NY..not many pow days tho

go to aspen to save money. it the cheepest. highlands has a sick park too

i went to summit county last year over spring break and on the last day at vail they had ten dollar lift tickets-really fun skiing too

i thought the amosphere was great at a-basin, not much park if thats what you're looking for, but great terrain. I have low standards though, being from central ny too.

loveland was fun too and their park was better than a-basins
