Where to buy ski clothing in bulk

I'm going to start this off by saying the title is misleading but I didn't know exactly how to phrase my question so I'll go into more detail here. I'm aware that many ski companies nowadays will buy blank windbreakers and hoodies somewhere for very cheap and put their logos on and sell for more. I wanted to buy some windbreakers and pants and put some cool patches on and whatnot. I've been messing around with DIY clothes so I'm trynna hook all my friends up with something nice but not spend too much money. Any help will be appreciated.

im just looking for a place to buy cheap clothing in general for me and my friends. My parents don't pay for any of my stuff, idk thought this was the best place to ask for help
