Where to buy a camera

Wrong question. Where's the most legit place? bhphotovideo.com. The "cheapest" sites will fuck you over good, so be sure to go there too.
 
i asked because i dont know the most legit sites. i know theres scam sites. because i dont know where to get the best prices means im not ready. yeh that makes sense.
 
Yeah dude, haha. 2 sites I've known to be legit are B&H (as mentioned above) and adorama.com. Jwenz has done a few deals with adorama and says they're great, and I've bought a few things from B&H and have no complaints. Can't go wrong with either.
 
i wouldn't go with the cheapest, because you'll most likely get ripped off, look around and find a website that is LEGIT NOT CHEAP.

www.newegg.com is a legit site, im not sure what they have now, i haven't been there in a while. i'll go look now and keep you posted.
 
Not a terrible idea. Make sure you ask about things they didn't put down in the description (hours, condition, malfunctions) and get something, preferably in writing, saying the return policy if they don't have one. Paypal is key over ebay too: it'll help keep you from getting scammed. Just remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
 
bhphotovidoe.com is a very legit site but not the only one, always check resellerratings.com just look up the website or shop ur buying from and its almost always super obvious whether or not the site is legit
 
b&h is solid, but if i remember their prices are a little high. im sure you can find a place that has a better price but wont rip you off. google the store before you buy and look for ratings.
 
yeh i read this one, im just making sure that its safe to buy a camera rather than just some camera accessories
if thats what you mean, cus this is like $1000 cheaper than b&h
