i thought it shipped last week, wtf, i live like 60 miles away, i thought it would be here by now. i check the mail everyday to no avail
 
I realize that being a human, sometimes being patient is extremely challenging, but then again I am pretty sure it will come soon. I am waiting for mine as well... and lets just say I do the same. It will come.
 
i dont know man but i just bought mine from jibij and its ridiculous. probably the best movie ive ever seen.
 
me too I preordered my shit off the level 1 website. grrr I need to see this movie the way everyone is talking about it.

wtf, how come its been shipped to jibij but nobody who preordered? is there any way to check if you order has been shipped?
 
well like williem said patience is key for a few reasons, 1 is that if the ppl who got it from jibij got it, that must be an indicator that the pre-orderers will be getting it soon (myself included) and also Since berman is legit if he sees this thread he will hopefully give us a status update like he seems to do with the other threads about turbo, hopefully.
 
The wait is worth it.. Trust me, Turbo smoked Reasons by a mile for me

Turbo is the only movie I really remember from IF3
 
patients man, i remember i ordered a hoody and it took like an extra two weeks. but its def worth it. there prolly always working and shit trying to get new shit shot for the next film and the other shit they have to do with like promotions and premieres.
 
pre-ordered, and i can only hope that one of these days i will be graced by its undenying presence....
 
ahhhhhh im dieing here! ive checked my mailbox about 2137863467 times in the last couple days...its coming, i can feel it!
 
im starting to wonder if it didn't actually ship. over a week from denver to fort collins? I don't think so.
 
ive been cheking my mailbox everyday for a couple of weeks and everytime im saying to myself dont worry itll be there tomorrow. i cant wait anymore!
 
pre-orders must not have shipped yet, cuz im also in the fort collins area and we should be among the first people to get it. it sucks cuz ive been in shops that already have it, meaning i could already have it if i hadnt pre-ordered...oh the torture!

not bitching cuz i know itll come eventually...its just a painful process.
 
Yeah. All of the shops around me have it... but I don't. It bums me out for sure. At least the premier is tonight, but Id rather get it in the mail too!
 
yeah seriously, isnt that the whole point of pre-ordering? so you get it before every dude can walk into a store to buy it? lamesauce.

Level 1 are good people. If they had to delay, I'm sure it was for a legit reason.

turbo is going to be so amazing. If i buy one ski movie this year, its going to be that. I'm probly just gonna pick it up at Jibij soon. I also ordered Realtime Today for like 14 bux of Ebay. Stokage
 
I sent a message to berman on nsers awile regrading shipping of turbo. He said "hey- we're packaging up DVDs and sending em out as fast as possible...

i think we should be 100% caught up and have all pre orders shipped up

by Tuesday... thanks for your patience, and for your order!!!". So just because they said they started shipping last week doesn't mean your copy had been shipped yet, for all you know it could have shipped 2 days ago and you wont get it for another 5-7 days since than. And what i believe happend was that they shipped out Turbo to all shop/dealerships first, and than probelly people who are farthiest away to the people who are closer, so that way everyoen would recieve it around the same time.
 
gah, im just pissed its in stores before it gets to people who pre-ordered, kinda defeats the purpose of preordering. o well ill still be pumped when it gets here
 
Every season jibij seems to have level 1's movie before they ship it to preorders.

I love living 5 minutes away haha.
 
They dont handle the shipping for shops and online stores. Im assuming they are running through some sort of a distributor.

distribution companies hold the thousands and thousands of DVDs in a warehouse. They are in charge of shipping to stores (and in this case to Berman and Level 1, as they are acting as a store)

WHICH MEANS... the distributor needs to send a certain amount of copies to Level 1. Level 1 then needs to turn them around and ship them out individually for their personal orders.

Shops will have them before the preorder people will. Give them time. Ittl come.

I preordered and i got mine today but i live like 25 min away.
Dont worry its well worth the wait and goes well beyond the hype.

Yes, unfortunately since all our DVDs (and just about every other action sports DVD out there) is made in Cali, very near to our distributor's warehouse, they get DVDs before we do, and in turn get them out to some of their shop accounts before we get our DVDs in at the Level 1 office. So, yes, once in a while shops will get the DVDs in before we do...

Also, Level 1 is a smalllllll operation- right now its myself, and our wunder-intern Schui packing up DVDs and sending them off. Its no small task to sort through hundreds of pre-orders, make sure everyone has the right size T shirt, get 'em all packed up with stickers and posters, and out the door, so it was only Weds that we finally caught up, and got every last pre-order out the door.

This doesn't mean you shouldn't pre-order from Level 1 or other film companies' websites though! Not only are you supporting the film companies directly (margins are 3x better when we sell DVDs through our websites, versus selling DVDs in stores, through our distributors), but you're normally getting a FREE T shirt or hat, poster, stickers, etc... and its never more then a matter of a few days on one end or the other.

I'm also not suggesting its wrong to buy DVDs at your local shop- they need the support too...

Anyway, I digress- Turbo DVDs are shipping all day every day, so if you ordered already, or place an order, you'll see it soon! Even though we're out of T shirts, web orders still come with nifty Turbo posters, and Level 1 die-cut stickerz...

This should be called a free shirt order not a preorder.Shipping was expensive and you led your buyers to believe that we would receive the movie first. This is weak and unlike Berman.

A preorder is ordering something before it can ship out somewhere. In no way does it mean you recieve your copy first, all you did was order a copy before Level 1 had the DVD's in their posession.

Also, nobody said you had to order it off the internet and make you pay for shipping.... go buy it at a store then. I'm perfectly fine with paying a little extra for shipping because of the fact that I got a super dope T-shirt for just the price of shipping. Plus, like Berman said, you get stickers/posters or whatever.

 
you're right pre order does not mean time received, it means time ordered + promo stuff I get it, just frustrated hopefully it is waiting in the mailbox.

 
i've been waiting on my NS scarf and Such Is Life for a few weeks now. from what i've heard though, i can expect to be waiting in excess of four months though, so right now i don't mind.
 
i ordered it with express shipping so if it doesnt get here in 2 to 4 days I'd really like money back for not getting my movie on time, that seems pretty fair to me
