Where should I ski/travel this spring!

Alright NS, here's the deal. I'm done exams on April 25th, and my full time summer job doesn't start until June 10. So, basically that leaves me with ~45 days where I'm free to do anything. After the school year my bank account is cleared pretty thin but it looks like ill have about $800-1000 to work with. I live in Kelowna, BC and I was wondering the best places to ski/travel to in the spring. I don't want to go only for skiing, as I want to do sightseeing, hiking, and other tourist shit while I'm gone, but I definitely wanna get my skiing fix in for at least a few days. My plan is to bum in my car, so any tips on good places for car camping is appreciated as well. First hill that comes to thought is obviously Whistler, especially because they extended the opening date of Blackcomb till end of May. The only worries I have with this are that I've heard its not super easy to car camp there, its decently expensive, plus I've skied there a few times and I'm really looking to make more of an adventure out of this. My other idea was mt hood, but ive never been to Oregon or skied anywhere outside of BC so id have no idea what to expect. Ive heard that its really easy to camp there since its surrounded by a national park, but could someone maybe explain this to me in more detail? If you guys have any travel tips, knowledge about these places, or any other ideas I would really appreciate the help! Thanks

TLDR;

~45 days free

~$800-100 budget (food, beer, lift tickets, gas)

~live in BC, willing to drive basically anywhere

~looking to find out where the best places for me to travel and ski would be

that is a pretty short budget for 45 days if you plan on skiing more than a few days.

maybe do some hiking and build jumps

I'm not expecting to be gone for the full 45 days, probably more realistically like a week or two. Sorry I guess I should have specified that haha. ( I just meant that I have a 45 day period to do this trip, so I was asking about hills that are open in that time period etc) I also forgot to mention that I have a part time job that's really chill with hours so Ill be making a bit of cash to add to that budget, and their cool with me taking time off whenever

Sunshine/Lake Louise would be a cheaper option. You can park/sleep/bum in your car in the Lake Louise overflow lot. There is a lot of stuff that you will probably like to do in Banff if you have never been there before and the hills are usually super empty with fun conditions around that time. It is also a lot closer then Hood. If you want to spend more money tho then go to Whistler/Hood because they will probably be a bit better.

Try Red Mountain, Revelstoke, or Targhee which is the backside of Jackson Hole. Targhee is super cheap and gets hammered with snow.

Timberline spring pass is only $109 good through end of May. Lots of free camping around too so it is probably your cheapest option. Idk what whistler has for pass/ticket options right now, but there is a lot more terrain available. PM me if you want more info about Mt. Hood area.
