Where should i mount my surfaces?

i got 171 watch lifes and they are gonna be here soon, so should i just mount true center?

I recommend the top side, although pollard has been known to ski them differently

i ski mine all over and mounted them dead center and love it!

but i would definately not go further back then 1 back from center

+1 from center. thats gonna be the hot thing. Trust me on this. Easier nose and tail grabs too.
